James is a passionate and widely experienced REALTOR®, with past work in construction as a contractor, farmer/landowner/livestock producer, architectural designer, and civil/municipal engineering designer work. James grew up outside a very small rural town on a farm in southwest Wisconsin. He was taught both the responsibility and benefits of hard work and to always give 110% in whatever you were doing, no matter what.
James moved permanently to Texas in 2007, where he started a new construction company doing both new construction and major remodeling work. 2008 ushered in the economic depression throughout the entire US, including Texas. So, in 2009, James earned his State of Texas REALTORS® license and joined his wife Brenda, who had already been a REALTOR® since 2002. They learn and work together as a team to provide the best service possible to their client’s specific needs.
James uses his background in construction, surveying, and land ownership/farming to help clients find the home or tract of vacant land. But his experience also brings value and the ability to provide solutions to problems for both buyers and sellers of their homes or land.
James enjoys any activities, including fishing, hunting, gardening, cooking, woodworking, volunteering, and sports of any kind. James and Brenda also enjoy visiting their five children, three grandchildren, with one more on the way.
