Pharaoh Valley is a Subdivision in Corpus Christi that is located just off of Nile between McCardle and Ocean Drive. This community once boasted the Oso Bay Golf Course but has now been selected by a developer for a New Development starting in January 2019 called Barisi Village.  Homes in Pharaoh are currently listed in the High $180's up to $350's depending on location.  The location of this community is convenient to Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Downtown Corpus Christi and Driscoll Children's Hospital and the Medical District.  Homes were built with lots of character and built in the 70's . It is a great place to raise a family and is also located within the Corpus Christi Independent School District.
